Situational Analysis

This course is for volunteers and organizations that use volunteers.

The Situational Analysis Process (SAP) is an integral part of the development of training for volunteers, businesses, and spiritual organizations that are working to combat substance abuse. The SAP has three stages that help volunteer communities identify problems and assess whether an effort is headed in the right direction. This methodology ensures that volunteer communities attain reliable maximum results in their activities. These stages are: (1) Pre-SAP, (2) SAP Event, and (3) SAP Follow-up.
