Conflict Resolution, Part 2
This 1-day workshop is designed for prevention providers who want to improve
their ability to effectively manage conflict. This workshop provides a
problem-solving framework and explores negotiation and mediation techniques.
Learning Objectives
The objectives are:
(1) apply the problem-solving framework to a local community problem;
(2) increase your understanding of conflict resolution techniques, including
negotiation, mediation, and joint problem solving; and
(3) determine when and why to use third-party assistance in a conflict.
