The purpose of this workshop is to give participants an opportunity to
explore leadership styles and appreciate the importance of matching their
style to the needs of the partnership at any given point. Participants
will identify their own preferred style of leadership and identify situations
where they may need to adjust their style to meet the needs of the partnership.

Participants will be able to:
Describe 5 styles of leadership and the situations in which each is most
effective.
Identify their preferred leadership style and the situations where it will
be most effective.
Describe 3 leadership styles different from their own and identify partnership
situations where each would be most effective.
