Partnership teams are curious about the other partnerships that are attending
the Institute. This session gives participants an opportunity to learn
some basic information and ask questions about the other partnerships.
Teams also have a chance to share their newly developed vision statements
with other participants. Another purpose is to help build the cohesiveness
among all the Institute participants and to allow for informal networking
through participation in a small group activity with members of other teams.
Learning Objectives
Partnership teams will able to:
Identify several key facts about the development and activities of their
partnerships.
Summarize 2 or 3 key facts about each of the other partnerships represented
at this Institute.
Linkages with Preceding and Following Sessions
In the preceding session, participants developed a new partnership vision.
That vision will be shared with other teams in this session. This sharing
of information will help identify alternatives and resources from other
teams that may be useful for the rest of the Institute.
