Leadership Styles
This workshop is for leaders and managers of community prevention efforts
interested in enhancing their leadership skills. It rests on the premise
that a community's ability to successfully coordinate and include various
groups in its prevention efforts depends on skilled leadership. The workshop
uses the concepts of empowerment, inclusion, and cultural diversity to
tailor the leadership concepts presented. It also identifies effective
leadership styles and roles.
